eu customers: important info

Due to the nightmare that is Brexit and the new EU IOSS VAT system that came in on July 1st 2021 it is currently not possible for us to charge EU customers the VAT on their order in advance. This means that you may be liable for customs and admin charges upon delivery of your order. We are hoping to have a solution in place sometime soon but in the meantime please be aware that there may be delays and charges if you are ordering from an EU country. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused.
